Actually, the result just says that as at the time of testing, the virus was NOT DETECTED. It doesn’t necessarily mean you don’t have it, or will not get it. It’s like a Certificate of Good Conduct, it is only valid as at the time of testing/getting it...not futuristic at all.

Kenya is a cruel relationship. I struggle making sense of some things. The #MatatuCBDBan today for example. First, our roads are not pedestrian friendly. Second, what’s the alternative for people? 🤷🏾‍♀️ We have no functional public transport system like we see in the west.

I sincerely hope that this #MatatuCBDBan has vividly shown Kenyans the direct link between the vote they cast and the quality of life they live. It may feel pointless with stolen elections, but that vote is the solution, or the last nail in the coffin.

The Gen Z medics are stationed in various locations in Nairobi CBD attending to protesters injured or fainted. They’re dressed in their garb of trade - Labcoats 🥼 or scrubs, gloves & masks 😷. Reach out to #MedicsForKenya who are very well organised thanks to @Dr_AustinOmondi

The interval between the first and second dose of #OxfordAstraZeneca vaccine can be anywhere between 4 to 12 weeks. First dose PRIMES your immune system to remember the virus, 2nd dose strengthens it. Mixing of vaccines is still not encouraged.
