Another observation is that EVERY. SINGLE. Trans patient had multiple mental health comorbidities including: - Depression - Anxiety - ADHD - Autistic Features - Oppositional defiant disorder And EVERY single one was on an SSRI at least. FEW were regularly seeing a therapist.
