I sat through at least 15 divorce proceedings when I was with the Ho District Court. One thing was almost common. Spouses hope that the other changes. They saw the worst attributes very early, but they gave second and third chances. Don't! You will pay for it.

In Ghana, if the president decides to order the killing of over 100 Ghanaians, Ghanaians cannot go to the streets & protest. Because the Public Order Act 1994 requires that they give at least 5 days' notice to the police. This is unconstitutional. Repeal the Public Order Act.
