Almost 2 months since I quit full-time work. My stress level has come down drastically. No seizures. I sleep for ~8 hours consistently and cannot stay awake past 11-11.30 pm. Zero insomnia. And, I seem to have more meaningful conversations with my partner, family and friends.

My 1st solo international trip to London. I experienced a sudden epileptic seizure while walking around a museum. When I regained consciousness, I found myself resting my head on someone's lap. They gently held my hands & assured me that I was safe. Volunteered to drop me home.
