And yes, mentors are great BUT they aren't everything you know. Some people learn/work differently and that's okay too. E.g instead of mentors a lot of us (millennials, Gen Z) rely on peers and our small communities which is just as effective.

Employers can say whatever they want on the TL, social media but in the real world, that's how it works now. It's bounce around every 1-2 years or... Stay somewhere for 4-5+ years with one promotion and a total of 10% salary increase. I know which one I want. 🙂

I had £19 return tickets and when I say this is one of the best trips I've ever been on? So much fun touristy stuff to do, very cheap (food, hotels, transport, activities), weather is amazing, there's a view everywhere you look... And it doesn't smell like pee.
