Update: Since Arturo missed payments on April 15th and June 15th, I went to the courthouse and collected a Judgment. He will be getting those papers in the mail probably within 15 business days. Not sure how the process goes after but I did see the word "Interest". Nice.

Good Evening, been busy. Update. After contacting a few Marshal's offices in Queens, I was referred to a private investigator to get personal information on Arturo I. Sanchez which includes his SSN# and all of his bank accounts, which I now have in hand. That cost me $380.00.

I've come to grips since this happened that even if the courts rule in my favor, I may not be seeing the money back. Arturo has no legal income to siphon. He hasn't had a 9-5 since I've known him in 2000. Most likely has a criminal background check and can't get employed.

Tested out AE Ed extensively last night. Minus the backdash nerf he's a better character. stHK CC dash LP>KK connects from the tip max range always and crMP CH>stMP>crMK>PP>CA always connects midscreen. Safe to say he's a consistent character.
