This was three years ago, anyone looking would think how happy I looked. The truth was the complete opposite, two nights previously I’d spent it screaming because of the noise in my head wanting it to stop, contemplated ending it all. #mentalhealth can strike anyone at any time.

@danbevis and I have authorised the first two @stjohnambulance paramedics to use our first PGD. Great step forward for the organisation as we roll out PGDs to our paramedics and nurses to extend the scope of care they can give our patients. In the coming weeks this will roll out
