I first started volunteering in 1997 as a first aider. The development I received with
@stjohnambulance
was the foundation on which Iโve built my career. Itโs great not to be able to give something back and help others to help our patients
Thanks to

Somber news today. please remember itโs ok to not be ok, itโs ok to ask for help, itโs ok to ask someone if they are ok. too much stigma around mental health. Iโm lucky for the many people to turn in last 12 months and will be forever grateful. Remember itโs ok to not be ok.
Next 5 days Iโm volunteering

Took me until I was 24 to friends and family 27 to family. Wish I had done it sooner but worry took over. Now I always try and create an open and supportive environment where people can be themselves letโs hope one day it doesnโt even need to be a thing
