The use of AI to make fake photos in a documentary is absolutely abhorrent. I'm sure the worst people ever will try to defend it as being no different from a "re-creation", but slyly passing it off as real is tantamount to falsifying evidence. Despicable.

Dan Murrell did a great comp between avg movie ticket prices over the years, and also concessions prices (as seen through a Chicago chain). In strictly terms of movie prices, things are pretty flat. The broader economy might suck, but theaters haven't increased in price as much.

I recommend this book. One was a psychopath and the other was severely depressed and allowed himself to be pushed along and manipulated by that psychopath. Much of the narratives the media pushed in the immediate aftermath were pure fiction.
