The debtors bear the burden to show their plan is feasible without Comcast, so this is really about what distrib info the debtors can use to prove that at confirmation. By refusing to provide that the distrib are hurting the debtors, not the leagues

Just a theory but: if Jones and Freeman go back to 2013 as opposed to 2017 (when they bought the house), that’s well before the Houston complex panel was formed in June 2018 and before the committee to “investigate” a possible complex panel was appointed in July 2017
