IMO Condos are no longer an investment- now a liability. Consider the amount of taxes, monthly dues, cost of money (if mortgaged) and the cost of limitations of living in a condo. Now look at the condos in Manila and Makati built in the 90’s & early 2000’s, kumusta value nila?
