Those changes are spot on. Just a few tweaks that could feel awesome : Make emp Q cast buff duration (after cast but before auto) slightly longer, so we can use the whole 3 seconds MS buff from passive to catch up when chasing and still get emp Q off (1/2)

You should try a middleground version IMO. Keep current W, keep current stack system, but keep your other changes (MS, bonetooth, 10s on passive, E changes) . See how it evolves, then add your changes on top of that if you REALLY feel like it's necessary.

Just like every video game shouldn't appeal to everyone, every champion shouldnt appeal to everyone. It's ok to have niche champions. Making rengar universally good while denying him his identity sucks. He's a predator that hides in bushes, and should be rewarded for that.

Smurf queue and new items is how riot will kill the game for new players. They're making the barrier of entry even higher (as if having 150 champs to learn wasn't enough) while putting every fresh acc in smurf queue (accs in placements queue with others accounts in placements)

Also a change i would love to see experimented with is giving him a situational buff around bushes. There's a bug right now with his normal Q attack speed buff in bushes ( @hu_BACKSTAB can explain) that gives u extra AS. That would be cool to be made in a feature!

From what i understood from @RiotAugust you don't want to make it so he one shots you faster and without any consequences. Well, that W change achieves exactly that. No more downside to one shot combos. + the grey health is pretty unique and fun, way more than press w get resist.

That part of passive change is awful. It allows u to triple Q without ult or bush, rengar WILL be broken in elite play, maybe even perma ban. He should be SITUATIONALLY STRONG, and weak in ARAM, else he's not balanced. Right now, he will ALWAYS be strong.

The W changes are a direct buff to his one shot potential. RN, you get punished for going QEWQ as fast as u can. Even if you one shot, if you do it wrong, you will die after. After changes, he will be rewarded with TANKINESS by jumping into 5 to one shot someone.
