@laweez @InstantPot Hi Lisa, The E6 error is an indication of insufficient liquid in the Express Crock to properly pressurize & cook your food. It may go against your kitchen instincts to add so much liquid, but it's essential for the pressurization. Try adding 8 more oz. of water!
