Disappointing performance from the @THERAILFC yesterday and a very poor defensive display, but apart from the goal difference no real damage done! Our bigger games this season are to come and still only our 2nd defeat in 8 games. We don’t stay down long 👊🏻👊🏻

February Running 74km - Strava 13.8km - Treadmill @itstartsmonday started 4 weeks ago tomorrow and it’s been a great month! Change of lifestyle and it’s actually become enjoyable! A great group of lads in the whatsapp group and looking forward to pushing on again in March 🏃‍♂️💪🏻
