The suspect in the video was charged with 2 misdemeanors, for disorderly conduct and another for resisting arrest. She pleaded not guilty to both charges, per the docket Charging docs say she also refused to identify to police and tried to leave the scene, seen in another vid.

I was recently towed by Athens Towing on request of the city. I was charged $194. The city maximum is $50, the state maximum is $120. I raised this concern to the employee, who laughed at me and told me to sue them. One wonders why these companies seem to act with impunity.

I'm at The Southeast Ohio Regional Jail, where law enforcement from across Athens County has responded to what the Sheriff said was a "disturbance" at the jail that serves 5 counties. I've been asked to leave, and will share more as it becomes available. @athensmessenger
