We live in a different time. Kids want and need an upbeat/positive environment. Military style fits some, laid back fits some, jamming out fits some. We as coaches have to find and meet the needs of our kids not the needs of ourselves. Gotta be in it for the kids! Period!

It’s been 16 years since my dad passed but it still stings every Father’s Day. I miss him. Fortunately, I was blessed with amazing coaches that helped build upon the foundation my dad set. I am a coach today because of them and their impact they made on my life. I’m blessed!
