Im happy to announce that my wife and I are expecting a baby boy this March! We have struggled to conceive and had to use IVF. Through this time we have both struggled emotionally. Please be aware that there are a lot of couples struggling with this issue

Can’t say enough good things about these 3! These guys have put in so much work in the ring and in the weightroom and it makes me so happy to see them have success. We came away with a 2nd-3rd-5th place 3 PRs and one school record. #bombsquad

Mitch is a grinder! Made it as a freshman, then placed as a sophomore, then 2/3 as a junior, senior year didn’t lose focus and set our school records and won the class C 100-200! .01 off 200 state record! He’s a Dawg

started timing flying tens in 2020, before covid we had 1 boy run 1.03 After quarantine we came back slow and our top boy time first day back was 1.09 After this Friday we have 8 current boys running 20 mph and 10 at 1.03 or faster! @pntrack #ftc #mustangfast
