Im fourth day into a coconut oil experiment. I’ve found out about this thanks to @Thermobolic , it’s very interesting and i wanted to give it a shot. I follow each day 3000 cal diet at minimum based on fruit, peanut butter, beef, chicken and vegetables of all kinds. I eat 2 tbspn

I work in hospitality/gastronomy for about 13y now. It is tough, unhealthy, 80% coworkers have shitty lifestyle, if you wanna make more $ let’s say about 10-20%, you must work harder for 30-50%, so ppl usually ending burned out and in horrible health conditions. Not me mf!
