Disopyramide as a 2nd line drug will likely be rarely used as mavacamten will be the better choice as a 2nd line agent. Disopyramide is difficult to use and has tachyphylaxis and, at times, anticholinergic side effects. #CardsJC

We need controls - patients with other viral illnesses, e.g. influenza, to know how often these findings are present - likely more frequently than we know

... but we know no LGE = good outcomes, so logic mandates that isolated T1/T2 abnormalities without LGE = good outcomes. Think of them as the fevers of COVID-19 that linger around a bit longer in the heart.
