From northern Nigeria 🇳🇬 to port Harcourt, Bayelsa n Delta. It was 2011 and politician had just won elections and were giving their constituents and chiefs Christmas gifts 🎁. I sold a total of 275 cows that year with 19 mortality. After paying everyone, I counted my money 💰 😎

Trading is an important part in this entrepreneurship stuff. I was first a trader- I learnt where to invest, when to invest and when to move from seasonal sales. In 2012, I lost 70% of my capital and that experience hardened me 🥺 I bought 80 cows 🐄 too early and didn’t have.

@Ejuraa_ The truth is, our society is highly immoral. I sell farm produce and when I will stand at Jabi lake in Abuja to introduce my business to people on Saturdays- some men asked if I could follow them home to cook? The funny part was that I could pay all their collective salaries 😂

2 years ago I discovered I had developed allergy to chicken 🐓 dunk. I will struggle to breathe at night after spending time in the poultry. After this discovery, I have built 6 more pens for myself and my friends in agricbusiness . Ella 💯 - Allergy 0 🤪🤪🤪

If you have a substantial amount of money and you are struggling with what/where to invest, don’t consider Agriculture in Nigeria. With policy inconsistency, high cost of living, zero disposable income n high poverty rates, the time to invest is NOT NOW! Maybe acquire the land.

I never liked cropping as a farmer 👩‍🌾 But there’s that old saying about putting in the work and doing what U don’t really like. My trial tomatoes 🍅 are doing very well and I LOVE spending time in chilled greenhouse environment. Consider animal and plant integration as a farmer.
