In March 2020 a local businessman in Pwllheli spent £6000 on vital PPE equipment which he donated locally. I distributed all of them to desperate NHS staff, care homes, ambulance staff etc all whilst the uk government were buying useless equipment through cronyism. Scandalous.

So I have come out and admitted on FB that I have been suffering mentally during the last few months, it's been difficult but the best thing? 5 people have messaged me to say they're stuggling too, I'm meeting 4 of them for coffee this week. Best thing I've ever done. 😀

In 2020 my wife and I took over the food bank in Pwllheli, had to find a new location etc. I managed to recruit over 300 volunteers throughout Dwyfor to help deliver prescriptions & food to vulnerable residents. They were brilliant. I was working 18 hours a day, others partied.🤬

I feel forced into mourning. This is so wrong. I feel bad that a lady had died, but why cancel things I enjoy, that so many enjoy, that helps with mental well being. The level of depression heard on the media today was frightening, while so many that suffer from mental health.
