@paulmccahill Sure. I divide SLT (incl. HT) LM into 3 areas: leadership development, school improvement, and the teams we lead. This is the same for HoDs. EVERY LM meeting begins with leadership development - it may be a pre-read and discussion, there might be a short video to watch together…
