Spent all summer working on getting my squat back to what it was. Finally worked my way up to 315lbs and that was a huge mental boost from not being able to walk w/o crutches for a month after surgery. 2 sets of 315x4 and I’m no where near finished! #ACLWho #COMEBACKSZN

One of the craziest times in my career! We had half a season take place in the spring due to Covid. We spent a day shoveling snow in mid February to practice! Shoveling snow fits right in with painting the practice field in the August heat! Good times and great GA memories!
