John Gagliardi beat St Thomas 17 of 19 times from 1991-2009. When St Thomas got sick of losing, they invested heavily in their program and got really good. When St Olaf got sick of losing, they led the charge to kick St Thomas out of the conference.

The Ivy League cancelled fall sports. Carleton cancelled fall sports, because they think they are an Ivy League school. I expect St Olaf to cancel fall sports soon, because they think they are Carleton. Luckily, no one wants to be like St Olaf, so the domino effect will stop.

The potentially armed suspect is still at large in the woods. My house has woods that are kind of connected to the Saint John's woods. If he shows up in my backyard, we are going to have a long talk and get him enrolled at SJU in our accounting program. It may be his only hope.

My football career ended 25 years ago, also with a heartbreaking 3 point loss in the national semi's. Although you never quite get over it, you'll spend a lot more time looking back at all the fun you had along the way. Congrats to the Johnnies on one hell of a season.

I just read that Kwik Trip’s revenue is up $1 billion and they are now the 29th largest private company in America. Pretty sure most of that growth came in Saint Joe thanks to Bennies and Johnnies.

Sorry, when I think of undefeated championship teams, I think of the four times John Gagliardi went undefeated in the regular season and playoffs and won the national championship. I don’t think of the Tommies’ 2010 team which lost to Bethel in the playoffs.

Aaron called the 2022 playoff loss to Wartburg the worst game of his career. Today, he got some redemption by completing 89% of his passes for 324 yards and 3 touchdowns in the 22 point win over the fifth ranked Knights. A great day for the best player in all of D3.

Had to estimate how many Gary's Pizzas to order for tonight's big accounting recruiting event with the CPA firms. Ultimately settled on thirty large pizzas. We had half of one pizza left over. Nailing such a large pizza order is definitely one of the proudest moments of my life.

Commencement for the class of 2020 is being targeted for Memorial Day weekend of 2021. I'm thinking downtown Saint Joe should be roped off for that entire weekend - no cars, just the class of 2020 roaming the streets and partying. Kind of like Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras.
