Accountability for Body Language is making the individual aware of how they are influencing their environment, i.e. their teammates.
Having positive body language is a VERY SELFLESS act that doesn’t require a bit of talent, just discipline.
+Body Language = +Influence
"We put a HUGE premium on Body Language -- and if your body language is bad, you will never get in the game -- EVER"
-- Geno Auriemma

It’s great to see baseball dominating my twitter feed again after a great weekend of watching some future Bobcats! No doubt that most of you attacked the virus shutdown and it’s showing!

Very thankful for the opportunity to join a program with such a great legacy! Can’t wait to start building relationships with our players and future Bobcats!

Blake Beck comes to JC after serving as Player Development & Data Analyst
@AuburnBaseball
this past season and helping the Tigers to their first CWS appearance since 1997.
Thank you! My family and I owe so much to
@AuburnBaseball
and the Auburn Family. Thankful for the last 3 years of unbelievable memories and friendships made!
I get a lot of questions about how we use
@rapsodo
in our program here
@AuburnBaseball
. This article explains that process as well as it could be explained.
It’s a beautiful morning in Cookeville! The

gets the worm. 🐥Here is a peek at “Quillen Field’s” new look. Thanks to
@Brock7Myers
for the video footage and edit.
So proud of this guy! He taught me a ton by just getting to watch him go about his business on a daily basis. He’s the ultimate example of what it’s supposed to look like, period.
Some of our pitchers working to get in tune with their breathing by getting “weightless”. Just another simple skill to add to your pitching arsenal.

This pitch is so far away from the hitters eyes bc he’s vertical in his setup that he knows he can’t barrel it up, consistently. It’s probably a ball but it catches a lot of white and gives the catcher a chance to make it a strike. Love getting that reaction from hitters!
An offensive player can lead with his head as soon as he gets into traffic to truck somebody but a defensive player has to stand straight up and receive said trucking. Got it.
Most guys are searching for confidence but need to be searching for this 👇🏼, conviction. Attacking with your strengths even when they know it’s coming.
Knowing your identity allows you to zero in on the one or two things that can take your game to another level. When goals and actions align, it allows dreams to become reality.

Day 1 recovery swim. Using a high/low model to train the body like we train the arm for pitchers. We are trying to get the body loosened up for a good lift with
@headrick21
on day 2!
Real player. Real teammate. Real Man. I’m thankful our paths crossed in this great game and even more thankful to be exposed to his high level character.

reliever Kendall Graveman on the emotions of tonight, his journey back from Tommy John in 2018, how God has played a big role in his life and that 7th inning no one will ever forget.
Defender gets ejected for leading with his head. Next play, running back gets the ball and runs straight up the middle while leading with his head and it’s all ok. Got it.
Monday pool day for pitchers! Utilizing the beautiful new fitness center here on campus for some recovery work. Lining up for the first spring squad games this weekend!

Class. Character. Excellence. This is none of those. I’m free to talk face to face anytime. We don’t do this at Muscle Shoals, anymore. This is poison to a team culture 👇🏼
