Why is LGD getting penalized by removing their reserve time and choice of side, for something that happened outside of the game? Isn't a fine more appropriate? Especially cause it isn't the fault of the players....

PSG.LGD is facing punishment by Valve for its manager Pan Fei getting covid and not reporting it in time. For the punishment, PSG.LGD can't choose radiant or dire when playing against RNG, and no BP bonus time in the matches against BOOM and GG. #Dota2 #PSGLGD #TI11
