I believe in the power of prayer, and if you do can you pray for my nephew. He’s almost a month old and hasn’t been released from hospital. He’s dealing with some complications and it’d mean the world to my family if you could lift Baby Doc up in your prayers. 🙏🙏🙏

If y’all don’t mind keep my little boy in your prayers. He goes in for his second head surgery tomorrow after having his first one to fix craniostynosis his head didn’t completely heal and will have to have a plate put in to fix the soft spot. Thanks 🙏

*UPDATE* on my Son. He’s out of surgery got his bottle and is sleeping in the arms of his momma! Doc said surgery went well. Had a tube placed in his eye to help repair the Tear duct should make full recovery. Thank you so much for thoughts & prayers. Our family appreciates it

If y’all are the praying kind my Lil boy could use some. Was bit by dog this am, ran him to the local ER and they are sending us to Peyton Manning children hospital to operate on his tear duct. This kid is a trooper and been to Peyton Manning twice before he’s even 1 🙏 thanks

Was trying to set depth on field cultivator before going to field tonight and my 4 year old was able to run hydraulics to help me while I set it so I let him fold it to. His face at the end made it all worth it! #nextgen

Look at this residue cover. Isn’t it a thing of beauty. This is the amount of nutrients in this residue on a per ac basis. 127.5# of N 30# of P2O5 255# K2O 22.5# of sulfur. The best fertilizer ahead of beans is a big corn crop, & best thing for soil carbon is healthy plants.

After seeing all these videos of the riots I’ve come to the conclusion- our biggest issue is we have kids that never got spanked, kids who’s parents wanted to be their best friends, and kids who won participation trophies. NO ONE OWES YOU ANYTHING

Every night I’m home I carry my son and daughter up stairs to bed, we listen to songs about the Bible, my wife also has 7 Bible verses she does every night. Tonight my son who is 3 an doesn’t talk rly well quoted one of the Bible verses. I smiled ear to ear 🥰🥰😍

My wife and son are in Indy getting bloodwork for “B” big surgery a week from today and they have to make sure they have correct blood type on hand for procedure. Been praying for the doctors and nurses involved in this procedure and everyone who will be taking care of him

It was not the visit we were hoping for- but we prayed for answers & that’s what we got. We feel fortunate to be in the Care of the staff at Peyton Manning’s children hospital in Indy. B will be having a surgery 4 craniosynostosis in next coming months! Appreciate the prayers 🙏

4 year corn on corn with covers and cows all winter. Reduced hay cost but bigger than that, no Map applied in 5 years.. maybe fertility management isn’t about looking at our soils chemically only. It ain’t all about the ppm #dontforgetthebiology making farms better

Neighbor started working some ground so I stopped my kids, I said do you guys smell that, my kids said yes, I said what’s it smell like, My daughter said diesel fuel and my son said the tracks getting worn, I said well I was looking for the smell of freshly turned soil 😂

Down 24 pounds total. Down 12 in 8 days Down 3 notches on my belt and I wear this shirt as a reminder of how bad I let myself get for the sake of “busy” and stressed. I’m the lowest weight I’ve been in 7 years but the awesome thing is I’ve got so much left to lose!

Had to explain to my son yesterday that buying depreciating assets to avoid paying taxes doesn’t make sense. Spending 65-80 cents on every dollar to avoid paying 20-35 cents per dollar. I don’t think he’s a fan of taxes much either.

In my farming career, I think about how lucky I’ve been. I got to farm side by side with my dad and my grandpa. Now my son gets to farm with me, and both his grandpas, as my father in law retired and helps us on our farm. Pretty special!

Haven’t put phosphate on in 5 years. 5 years corn on corn with cereal rye cover crop and cattle on the winter and added biologicals.. Yields some of strongest in 25 years of farming it, no lime applied in 7 years, an only 75# of potash applied last 3 years in season. Cool to see

If I can’t cut it as an agronomist I think I’ll try poetry! My wife sold her horses a few years back when we were going thru treatments to have a baby. Horses and the treatments were to expensive. I made her a promise when we got rid of them and today fulfilled that promise
