@DavidWaldstein I kinda like the idea that Ippei is saying he didn’t know it was illegal. In CT, where gambling is legal, you log in to the FanDuel app. Which is pretty similar to the system they were using where he had a friend wire the money to an individual with a note saying it was a loan.
