Thinking about Gen. Kibochi; In 2016,UK appointed Maj Gen (Rtd) Mohammed Ali to head NGO coordination Board as chairman. He never showed up. He also appointed Maj Gen (Rtd) Michael Gichangi to head PRSA and similarly he never showed up. The two were trained fighter pilots.

One thing I have realized is that, the loss of KDF personnel since the onset of Ops Linda Nchi has left scars fairly spread countrywide. Many Kenyans have interacted with War wounds/Scars directly/indirectly. Lets elect leaders who will bring lasting solution to insecurity.
