I’ve been a member my whole life and am about to serve a mission and I can tell you this is the most ridiculous thing I may have ever heard
It’s very exciting to get the Kirtland Temple back, but we should remember to be kind to members of CoC. This would be like if we lost the Salt Lake Temple. I definitely feel for their members here.

29 Fanbases: “look at the Dodgers get eliminated again! Not built for the postseason 😂”
Dodgers: “ok”
Dodgers: *build a better team*
29 Fanbases: “hey, no fair! Bad for baseball! STOP THEM MLB!!! 😭😭😭😭”
I’ve got a confession to make: I had never heard the hymn “A Poor Wayfaring Man of Grief” until today. I was never too interested in hearing it before because the title makes it sound like it’s just about a sad person.
Boy was I wrong. New favorite hymn, that last verse got me.
Unpopular take: I’m tired of trying to fit in with the groups that murdered our Prophet and people and drove us west.
“wE aRe JuSt LiKe YoU!”
No we aren’t. Embrace it.
People don’t convert because we are the same, but because we are different.
@RepliesGreat
Bruh I see Elon interacting and agreeing with these philosopher accounts about culture and how things like modern art and architecture are bland, and then bro turns Twitter into the most bland social media site out there 💀
I love my LDS neighbors, but they are not Christians. Why?
The answers the LDS church gives to three key questions are heretical, idolatrous, and, ultimately, eternally crippling.

FYI If you’re Protestant and believe that the Nicene Creed determines if you’re Christian, then you inherently affirm the Catholic Church’s authority whether you like it or not.

The real Jesus is a separate being from God the Father (Acts 7:55) established his church with priesthood keys (Matthew 16:19) and reveals his secrets through his servants the prophets (Amos 3:7) and does so because he is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8)

In LDS world, it’s called Missionary Dating. If they can convert a date to Mormonism, they earn credits towards godhood. It’s the MLM of religions.
@BlakeHHarris
Astros fans: justify cheating by saying the Dodgers lost 2 games at home
Also Astros fans: blame their loss on a balk call after they blow the lead
We got to the campground in Nauvoo last night and I just woke up to hearing a group sing “Praise to the Man” in the distance towards the temple.
Best morning ever 😅
1. Is Jesus a creature (created being)
No. In fact, the title page of the Book of Mormon refers to Christ as the “Eternal God”. Our scriptures teach that all intelligences never had a beginning, nor will ever have an end.

2000: *Lichtman picks Gore, he loses*
Lichtman: “I was right since my model only predicts the popular vote winner!”
2016: *Lichtman picks Trump to win, he doesn’t win the popular vote*
Lichtman: “Actually now it predicts the EC winner, not the popular vote winner!”

I posted I had done the endowment for the first time, and anti’s decided to take a nice moment away and post sacred things in my replies. I hardly interact with them. They hate the phrase “they can leave the church but not leave it alone” but it’s proven true time and time again.
@Prisoner4summer
I got to meet him as well at Youth Conference in 2021, one of the coolest people I’ve met. He was so willing to talk to everyone and honestly answer people’s questions. It was really frustrating when they tried to cancel him over nothing.
@latterdaypup
It’s funny, a lot of anti-government (usually left wing libertarian) anti-Mormons I have interacted with suddenly become big government when it comes to taxing money from churches (theft)
Proof that Joseph Smith is a Prophet:
- Reveals temple ordinances on May 4th
- Taught that temple ordinances were instituted so one can obtain a “fulness of the priesthood”
- If you know anything about what a “fulness of the priesthood” is, it’s basically the force
Alma the Younger, while experiencing 3 days of the torments of hell, cried unto the Lord for mercy with sincere intent to change, and immediately forgot the pain of his sins and testified of his repentance and being born again.
If you can find a single verse in our standard works that teaches Christ is a created being, I am all ears.
2. Is Jesus’ salvation “by grace after all that you can do”?
Depends on how YOU, Seth, are interpreting 2 Nephi 25:23. What is all we can do?
