If u r doing 1 earning activity by having a meal (or drinks etc) & if u have Accor app, u can click Earn points and ask waiter for venue code and proceed to make the payment. I recently visited Accor property and they had QR code + venue code mentioned at each dining table.

Checked into Pullman Delhi Aerocity.. Used the Accor Plus discount voucher.. Although I had booked 15 days in advance (instead of 30 days TnC), they had used the disc voucher for booking. The hotel is nice and at an apt location for my upcoming early morning flight..
