Evander Kane were actively trying to hurt someone at the end of game 2 when the game was lost. Then he takes out Kadri for the series ONE MINUTE into game 3 with a predatory play. These are the type of hockey players the game needs to get rid off.

I know I can sound like a broken record on this, but Jared Bednar deserves a lot more credit than he gets. People say the roster is amazing, but a good portion of it was players who were considered washed up or bad gets (rightly or wrongly) that are now flying under Bednar.

Avs fans really aren't used to losing anymore. You lose a one goal game on a wednesday night with half the lineup on IR and feel the need to draw big conclusions from it. It's hockey, and the season is 82 games. We are gonne lose some nights. Probably around 30 games.

Avs have signed a few contracts the last few years that haven’t felt so team friendly. But this one certainly is in my opinion. Toews would be a #1 on many, many teams. A top 10 D in the league for 7.25M is a no brainer. Given his skill set, I bet he will age gracefully.

Two very solid games by the Avs in Winnipeg. Should be up 2-0 in the series. But I'll take 1-1 and now having home ice advantage. Hugely important bounce back game for Georgiev. Did skaters help him more? Jets actually has a higher xG today than in game 1.
