@MichaelSuttonIL I don’t think you’ll need much faster rates than 10BPS. It doesn’t decrease confirmation times by much. It might just be better to scale the block size to increase TPS. There are lots of things that are batched at the block level which would improve.

The app I wish I had for #Covid_19 : Notifies you about sick contacts (who also have app). The deal: opt-in to get info in exchange for telling others if you're sick. App uploads & saves contacts (even if you uninstall). Notifications sent by healthcare workers or self report.
