@BethBookLover I have a recipe I used for my husband. I tablespoon ginger, I tablespoon cinnamon , I tsp ground cloves and about a 1/8 cup raw honey fill the rest of the way with almond milk and heat up in the microwave until warm like hot chocolate. I used a coffee mug.
