@Truthpole The federal district court is BEYOND CORRUPT. I know this from firsthand experience. They will trash this case, and the 9th Circuit will back them up. Any real outcome would have to go to SCOTUS. Hawaii has jurisdictional defects that the lower courts would not dare address.

If it turns out that these Jurisdictions had access and ability to detect & mitigate the issue all along - that would be extremely interesting
