Manon joined an empty lab and significantly contributed to making it functional. She was the lab manager since the beginning, the main person for external orders and our main GPC expert! There are very few people with her skills and I could always rely on her!

Her soft skills have also evolved enormously and has been a great advocate of our group winning awards for the best talk and the best poster at international conferences. I was happy to see that she never gave up and worked on building her confidence day by day.
