Surgery went well FTOm what I’m told. No crazy pain yet but can’t tell if that’s pain killers or just me. Recovery time is definitely a few days so I don’t expect to be back Monday orange Tuesday just shy of a miracle. Thank y’all for the love and support, I’ll be back soon ♥️

About a month ago I told myself I wanted to get into shape and just...fix myself physically as best I could. I was 223 lbs. Today I weighed in at 203 (stress and anxiety helped lol). Now I just need to get out of this bad mental state I’m in.. I want to be better...I’m trying.

Living in a military lifestyle isn’t easy by any means. I’ve probably gone about half my life with my dad away being deployed or doing something for work, so it’s nice to get days like today where it’s just me and him for a couple hours.
