After the March feature drop, my Pixel 7 Pro started to feel a lot more balanced than ever. I've found out the animations improved such as the "at a glance" widget and the opening (not closing) animations for apps. I can easily say I'm not joining the QPR beta again. 😌

@TheGalox_ Samsung's side-mounted scanner is the fastest I've ever seen. It's highly underrated and works just as excellent on low-end devices (like the XCover Pro with Exynos 9611).

One thing I noticed is that while my Galaxy Buds are connected to my Tab S7+, I can still see the battery percentage on my phone in real-time. At first, I thought this was a bug but turns out they both show the actual battery percentage. Gotta love the Samsung ecosystem! ✊🏾

For OneUI 6, I really hope Samsung decides to focus on the smaller details that many users have ever wished for and make their UI run a bit lighter. So far, only brands such as Google have nailed those areas in software and Samsung is a bit far behind.

Alright. So I performed a cache partition wipe and repair apps procedure and my problems that involved freezing and choppy performance have been resolved. This didn't happen on my base S23, so I'm glad the issue isn't a chain reaction. I'm hoping this won't repeat itself. 😮‍💨

I've decided to put the SIM back into my S21. OneUI 5.1 is too good. The reason I'm doing this so soon is because I'm close to trading in my phone for the S23 Ultra and I don't want to show up without the correct device. I'll still continue to bring both devices with me.

I've finally decided to switch to gesture navigation. I'm not fully sure if I'll visit navigation buttons later on or not, but I think I've finally gotten the hang of gestures a bit, and I already love them. I still wish Google would allow the Pixel to hide the bar.

As much as I enjoy Pixel UI, it's still not as stable as OneUI, but it's LIGHTER for sure. If Google's software had a bit more features from OneUI, I'd probably be more satisfied with it, ESPECIALLY since the updates are released earlier. Google has a lot more catching up needed.

In my opinion, the Galaxy S23 is a wonderful device I can finally recommend to anyone who wants excellent battery life, performance, good thermals, and an average camera system. However, I should've waited for the Flip5 to have more fun and a cool form factor.

While OneUI 5.1 didn't bring too many features and changes, the improvement in consistency REALLY made a difference. I was expecting them to bring the color palette to DeX, and they finally did it. Battery life is more or less the same, but that'll change once I upgrade! 💯
