@rockabilly_jen @Jezebel I must say it's a bit odd to describe someone as "out of touch" because they don't want trans or plus size models at a show like this. I suspect the real person who's out of touch here is the one demanding their inclusion.

@SimonLester24 @normAL219 They're the most hypocritical and nauseating fanbase in football Simon. No need to worry about getting pelters for pointing out Liverpool have a lot of awful fans.

@IainDale @Keir_Starmer I make no apologies for saying this - Dawn Butler is an idiot and the fact people like her are in Parliament shames our politics. She'd be considered a lightweight blowhard at the local council offices, quite how she made it as far as the Shadow Cabinet is a mystery.

@RedLabour_ @LauraPidcock @DurhamGala Laura was such a popular and well respected MP that she lost a safe Labour seat, which the party hadn't lost for 70 years. Deeply impressive. An icon of Corbyn's Labour.

@NaritoPittowe1 @rockabilly_jen @Jezebel Indeed. Why does the person insist on just trans or plus size, but not models in wheelchairs, models with dwarfism or any other type of condition or issue? Seems so arbitrary to industry on just plus size and trans. And yes, whoever is running this show can do whatever they like!

@d4_dodger @Rose_Of_Dawn I live and work in Central London for a huge public sector organisation. I've never been asked about personal pronouns, have not seen anyone else been asked and haven't been encouraged to ask. This whole issue is such absolute nonsense and of no relevance to 99.9% of people.

@v_j_freeman As a lifelong resident of Dulwich I am familiar with similar people. I was lucky enough to go to Dulwich College. One ex schoolmate lives in a £1m+ house & identifies as "working class"& another is a Just Stop Oil fan who recently returned from a 6 week driving holiday to the US.

@OldRoberts953 @cllranderson When my Dad was at Oxford one of his friends was dating Margaret. She was great fun & hated the restrictions placed on her. One night after a massive p-ss up they all ended up in a council flat in Bethnal Green where Margaret sat at a piano leading everyone in a massive singsong.

@ArchRose90 That article is dire; Nish implies that the reason people don't like his comedy is his ethnicity & the journalist does little to challenge this. It read like it was written by his agent or a fan. I don't find Josh Widdecombe funny but that's not because I don't like white people.

@JasonCowleyNS That's what happens when you put a minority sport (and this Works Cup) almost entirely behind a paywall. I'm a cricket fan & have Sky but how many fans has cricket lost since the heady days of '05, and how many new ones not found due to the audience shrinking by 90+%? It's insane

@DPJHodges Why can't Labour MPs leave the trans issue alone? Most voters don't have any interest in it, until the leader says "it's transphobic to say only women have a cervix", then the party looks ridiculous in the eyes of a large chunk of the electorate.
