@AriDrennen The issue wasn't your face, the issue was your mental and psychological state. These cosmetic surgeries don't fix the underlying issue, the mental state, and actually reinforce the idea that your body is the issue, which isn't correct. It isn't medically necessary at all.

@theneonrequiem I "used" They/Them pronouns when I was about 15/16. There really was something appealing about the social conventions of gender theory, choosing pronouns and deciding for others how they will see you and refer to you. Now I find it rather selfish, narcissistic even.
