Every time I see Fiala and Kaprizov on the ice together I feel like we are getting a glimpse of the future in the State of Hockey. These two could be an electric combo for years to come - unlike anything we've seen in St. Paul!

Romo is not the savior, but this is a guy who: Has been a part of three world championship clubs. Hasn’t allowed a run in his last eleven appearances. Saved 25 games for Tampa last year. Has converted 17 of 18 save opportunities this season. He will help.

Wild were just 3-12 in their last fifteen home playoff games last night. Lost JEE 19 seconds in and didn’t blink. Grabbed a lead, expanded the lead, then played a near perfect third period to protect the lead. Atmosphere in the building was incredible. And now they lead 2-1
