Currently our majorly politics in poorest parts of India is based on religious intersectionality and otherness. Here religion is a way to get votes. The richest states of India, the politics is based on class and sub-regionalism, there you will not find hateful religious bigotry.

that is not true, Delhi is the most open city in India after Mumbai..it frankly doesn't care what language you speak or food u eat..people from all over the world, countries live in Delhi.
