I am so proud of the campaign we ran here in NW Hampshire. Thank you to everyone who voted for me, I am humbled! I would have loved being our MP helping to deliver change for us but we now know with one more push we can win here, and that is an encouragement in itself.

I do lots of work with older people, here is a little tip: if you work with people who are now 70, they were 18 in 1970 not 1940. They listened to The Beatles, The Jackson 5 & Diana Ross. They wore flares and bright clothes. They were *not* in the war nor listened to Vera Lynn.

Don't you just love the student loan system? I earn just about average wage and the interest means I'll never pay it back and I'll just miss an extra £1200 a year out of my salary forever. I'd understand if there wasn't interest and I was just paying back but this is ridiculous.

In May 2020 I did a funeral of a 99 yr old where I was the only person in attendance. All the family members were shielding or too concerned to come and they attended it via Zoom. In May 2020 the PM necked wine and took us for fools. The level of anger I have for this govt…

HM The Queen didn’t ‘pass’. She died. We all die. Death is inevitable. What is with the awkward euphemistic avoidance of the word die or death. Death is often sad but why can’t we be honest and open about what it is, and that it happens, so we can better deal with it.

This evening Andover Methodist Church voted overwhelmingly in favour of registering our building to conduct marriages of same-sex couples 🥳 Which means I ca get married in my own church! Now I just need to find a husband. #loveislove
