This is the result of a hostile environment towards migrants and dog whistle politics. It incites hatred and fuels the far right. My heart goes out to the migrants, and I truly hope that no one is seriously injured as a result of this incident.

There is nothing like setting fire to the Parliament to persuade the 62% of Albanians, who according to the most recent Gallup poll, were actively planning to migrate permanently to stay and build a life in Albania because politicians care.
