The recent news coverage of sexual assault & harassment in surgery is extremely upsetting. Collaboration between surgeons, anaesthetists & the whole theatre team is vital for eradicating this abhorrent behaviour. There is still work to be done.

Challenge poor behaviours using the smallest possible firepower at the time. Find a reason to physically move between aggressor and victim with back to aggressor. Give eye contact to victim. Show them you have registered what’s happening. @LiangRhea
