@mtndewlover_ Use math! Take your tdee and multiply it by the days you fast, add your total (other) exercise ontop, and then decide that number by 3,500 (the calories in a pound.) for me, I would mathematically lose 3.5 pounds on a 4 day fast if I burned 3000 xtra cals on the treadmill!
