2. Arms!! I like to do arms/back first because its less full body movement and i still have leftover energy for the rest of the workouts, I saw results in about 2 weeks when i noticed my arms were firm nd less meaty nd icky nd my back was more boney:3
3. I LOVE ABS. The burn feels amazing and these exercises have shown me results in about two weeks when I measured my waist nd went from 26in to 24.5, remember that consistency is KEY!!!!

ofc not i do one stretch(before any workout), all 3 arm vids (on occasion), two ab vids(everyday), and do one of the leg videos+arms (on two days of the week cs theyre harsher on me)
4. Leg day!! I hate leg day. it leaves me so sore but its so worth it because i choose from either of these two since they’re relatively long nd i dont wanna collapse. Ive recently started legs and I noticed i have a growing thigh gap now two weeks in!!
