I went to the cat cafe in Jeddah, and one of the cats decided to nestle inside my bag ❤️ Going to that cafe was one of the most rewarding experiences ever. I could feel all the stress and negative energy melting away 💕

وقت دراسة الدكتوراة في بريطانيا كانت ما تغرب الشمس في رمضان الا الساعه 9:45 في المساء, ووقت الفجر هو 2 صباحا, يعني تقريبا كنت أصوم 20 ساعه وعندي 4 ساعات فقط عشان اخذ وجبة وحده. فطوري هو سحوري ولله الحمد. المعدة تقلصت لدرجة انها ماعاد تستوعب الا شربة 😅أحلى ايام الصراحة.

حاجتين مخيفة لاحظتها في الجيل الجديد من الطلبة: عدد كبير منهم مايعرف يقرأ الساعه التقليدية اللي بعقارب. وعدد كبير ايضا مايعرف الدول وعواصمها وموقعها على الخريطه او حتى في اي قارة. حسب علمي قراءة الساعات موجودة كدرس في الرياضيات والجغرافيا لازالت تدرس.

كنت من انصار نظام الثلاث فصول الى ان جربناه على ارض الواقع. كل شي صار سباق مع الزمن. جودة التدريس قلت لان مافي وقت كافي للتطبيق. طلبة الجامعة صارو تحت ضغط كبير من ناحية واجبات واختبارات ومهام ونحوه. مستوى الطالبات المتميزات نزل من كثرة الضغط. نسبة الغياب زادت لحد مو معقول.

طفولتي كلها من لعب ونوم ونحوه قضيتها مع قطط، ولم تكن قطط منزل، انما قطط مشردة كنا نهتم باطعامها. باستثناء نوبات حساسية نادرة قد لاتكون القطط حتى السبب فيها، لم يصبني منها عقم او اي مكروه. القطط من الطف الكائنات على وجه الارض ومن ينعتها بالنجاسه ونحوه لا يستحقها.

من كتاب (اصلاح التعليم في السعودية) لأحمد العيسى: باختصار, يرى أرباب العمل أن خريجي النظام التعليمي السعودي غير مؤهلين لشغل الوظائف المطروحة. حصلنا على نفس الرد عند اجراء مقابلات هاتفية مع أرباب العمل, وأبلغونا ان خريجي القسم لا يتقنون اللغة الانجليزية. (يتبع)

مقرر التفكير الناقد مقرر فكرتة رائعة, لكن تكمن المعضلة في طريقة تدريسه, ويبدو انه يدرس حاليا بنفس الطريقة التي تدرس بها بقية المواد: (تأشير, تحديد, احفظو, تفضلو الاسئلةوهي نفسها بتكون في الاختبار). لايمكن اسناد مهمة تدريس مهارة التفكير الناقد لمعلم لايمتلك المهارة أصلا.

I can sum up the root cause of the problem in two words: "زوجوه يعقل" Tackle this mentality, and you'll notice a significant drop in the number of divorce cases. I can also trace the problem to toxic masculinity, but a twitter post won't be sufficient to address it.

Me: You need to indent your paragraph. Your title should be centralized. The first letter of every key word in your title should be capitalized. "But" is a coordinating conjunction. Use it properly. My kid: Mom, this is intermediate school English, not college writing!

Rewriting fairy tales is one of the easiest creative writing exercises. If you wish to try your hand at writing stories, pick a fairy tale, change one key element about it, and then ask yourself "what if?" You'd be surprised by the kind of results you're gonna get.

اضافة لذلك، احنا كاساتذة لو وحده فينا مرضت، صعب جدا نعوض الدروس اللي فاتت. الاجازات القصيرة مالها فايده غير اننا كاساتذة وطالبات على حد سواء نحاول نلحق نخلص الشغل المتراكم. النظام سلبياته اكثر من ايجابياته للاسف وماينفع للتعليم الجامعي مطلقا.

طبعا المشكلة تم ذكرها في الكتاب, وهي باختصار أن الجامعات يقع عليها ضغط كبير في محاولة اصلاح مخرجات التعليم العام السيئة, فبدلا من البناء على أسس كان من المفترض توافرها في الطالب, نكتشف انه ليس هناك أسس للبناء عليها أصلا!

I saw a heavy iron door almost locked on a small stray kitten's stomach, and I just can't shake the image of the kitten spasaming on the floor after I released her 💔🥲 I feel like hell because I didn't notice that there was a small kitten behind me when I walked in.

سيبدأ الطلبة بدراسة الأدب أولا لأن الفنون المرئية تعتمد اولا وأخيرا على تحليل النصوص المكتوبة, ثم سينتقل الطلبة بعدها إلى دراسة الأفلام والمسرح والقصص المصورة إضافة إلى مقررات أخرى سيتم اختيارها من قبلهم حسب توجههم وميولهم.

The consumption of fiction relies on empathy, both cognitive (theory of mind) and emotional. In my humble opinion, different adaptations of fiction elicit varying degrees of empathic responses. Take books, movies and video games as examples.
