Just ran my first 10k! In June, I couldn’t run for 1 minute, I’d run in the middle of the day so nobody could see me and now I can run 10k! I’m so proud of myself. It shows that I can do anything that I put my mind to. @UKRunChat

I went to this! It was amazing, everyone was magic, I actually squatted with a bar on my back! Best morning. I also pushed an actual person on a sled. Cannot wait for the next one! It’s a much needed space and seeing women lift was so inspirational!
