It’s hard to overstate how much of a disaster the Key Bridge collapsing is for the City of Baltimore. The Key Bridge carried an estimated 11.5 million vehicles annually. That’s an average of 31,507 a day. Everyone is now going to be funneled into the tunnels or through the city

The Key Bridge is the designated Hazmat bridge for the city—those are the trucks not allowed through the tunnels—and there is apparently a semi in the water. As of now they aren’t sure what it contains. Fingers crossed that whatever it is is not hazardous. (And for the driver)
