A patient told me they were “going to put my head on a spike” today because the surgery altered the quantity of a medication on their Rx. Reported to police and all sorted, but just a snapshot of the types of abuse pharmacy staff can face. Some people are rubbish. #pharmacy

Surgeries continue to be closed and no one bats an eyelid. Pharmacies now actively encouraged to increase opening hours again because the public are getting angsty. Coronavirus is still circulating, workload is still high. 🤷‍♂️
